Meet Perry A. Craft

Since 1978, Perry A. Craft has dedicated his life to helping people in need. After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mr. Craft served as Deputy State Attorney General, Assistant State Attorney General, and Senior Counsel for Tennessee. He has been in the private practice of law for more than twenty years.

For more than a decade, Mr. Craft conducted yearly seminars for lawyers about recent United States Supreme Court decisions and developments, including cases involving immigration issues.

A diverse background in law

Attorney Craft has tried to jury, settled, or resolved numerous civil and criminal cases in State and Federal Courts, representing individuals and businesses in a wide array of legal matters, including education, automobile accidents or car wrecks, personal injury, consumer protection, false claims, identity theft, divorce, child custody, trucking accidents including big rigs and tractor trailers, recovery of property, construction, contracts, criminal defense, anti-trust, securities fraud, and more.

Attorney Craft has represented people charged with crimes, misdemeanors and felonies. He has represented individuals wrongly stopped by drug task force agents who confiscated thousands of dollars from innocent drivers.

Attorney Craft has negotiated the buying and selling of businesses and has counseled businesses regarding their structure, whether more traditional corporate entities, limited liability companies, professional limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. He has litigated complex state tax matters involving millions of dollars.
